Bright citrus and clean juniper notes with a smooth finish and delicate floral undertones.
Bombay Sapphire stands as one of the world's most recognized premium gin brands, celebrated for its distinctive blue bottle and refined taste profile. This London Dry Gin brings together time-honored traditions with modern distillation techniques to create a spirit that's both classic and contemporary.
Production Process
Bombay Sapphire employs a unique vapor infusion process called Vapour Infusion, where alcohol vapors pass through a copper basket containing 10 carefully selected botanicals. This gentle method allows the delicate flavors of each botanical to be extracted without being "cooked," resulting in a brighter, more balanced gin.
The 10 exotic botanicals include juniper berries from Tuscany, coriander seeds from Morocco, angelica root from Saxony, lemon peel from Spain, cassia bark from Indo-China, almonds from Spain, orris root from Italy, grains of paradise from West Africa, cubeb berries from Java, and liquorice from China.
