Winemaking
The grapes are carefully handpicked from selected vineyards in Mendoza. After harvest, the fruit undergoes a gentle pressing followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A portion of the wine is aged in French oak barrels, adding complexity and subtle vanilla notes to the final blend.
Taste Profile
This Chardonnay presents a bright golden color with green highlights. The nose reveals fresh tropical fruits, citrus, and white flowers, complemented by subtle oak-derived notes of vanilla and toast. On the palate, it shows excellent balance between freshness and structure, with flavors of ripe pear, pineapple, and a touch of butterscotch. The finish is long and elegant, with refreshing acidity.
Territory
The grapes are sourced from high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza, Argentina. The region's significant diurnal temperature variation and rocky soils contribute to the wine's distinctive character.
